Member-Trakker is Smart Trakker's membership management module. The Directory allows you to quickly manage member details, check if dues are up to date and send email messages.
Member-Trakker's data points are flexible and you can add your own data points to meet your unique business needs. For example, you might want to track membership application references, job titles, spouse name, or the color of the member's first pet. Whatever you want to track, you can add it! And you can include your data points in the optional membership application, hide or show certain data points from non-admin members, and decide which data points are required. Easily download all data or just specific datapoints to open in Excel or import into your reporting system using the CSV file format.
Members can be arranged into any number of groups and belong to multiple groups. Groups can be used in many ways, For example, sending email to selected groups. The directory has a powerful selection tool allowing you to assemble specific lists based on your goals (ex. "all active members who are not board members but are donors").
You can create group-based dues cycles which can be paid online by your members. Invoices are created and emailed to the members. New invoices can be added to a dues cycle at any time. An individual invoice or all unpaid invoices can be resent. Invoices can also be printed or downloaded.
